This medical PC, which complies with the norm EN 60601-1-2:2001/EN60601-1-2, offers very high performance with its 21.5-in. screen and Core i processors. It is designed to deliver detailed precision graphics in hygienically sensitive areas. Its noise level is below 30 dB.

The user-friendly, perfectly flat 16:9 touch screen features resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, brightness of 250 cd/m² and LED background lighting. It is easy to clean and is sealed to an IP65 rating. Owing to covered connectors and card slots, the computer enjoys all-around protection from dripping water and dust (IPX2). In addition, it has an antibacterial surface that resists MRSA and is insensitive to disinfectants and cleaning agents.

An optional UPS provides battery-powered operation for approximately 15 minutes, making it a good alternative for point-of-care systems and for mobile application on the ward. The optional WLAN 802.11 b/g/n connection simplifies real-time patient care and facilitates rapid data exchange.

Flexible VESA mounting possibilities are available; the PC can be mounted on feet, on the wall, on an armrest, or in a panel. A Kensington lock to prevent theft is included. The computer’s operational temperature range is 0° to 40°C.

The dimensions of the WMP-26 Medical Touch PC are 540 x 375 x 78 mm. A version with a 17-in. screen also is available.
