Manufacturer of standardised modular mould components and customised hot runner systems, Hasco will present innovative and economical solutions for designers, mould makers and injection moulders at Fakuma.
Sweden – Michael Harder has been appointed managing director of Hasco Nordic. The full-service provider for standard parts and individual hot runner solutions, the company serves customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia.
Germany — Thermal insulating sheets prevent uncontrolled heat dissipation into the machine clamping plates from heated injection moulds and compression moulding tools. Through their high thermal compressive strength, they are particularly suitable for use in highly stressed moulding tools.
Standardised high-quality mould units provide a reliable basis for modern mould- and toolmaking. This was reason enough for Schoform, a German mould and toolmaking company based in eastern Saxony, to opt for standard mould units from Hasco for the last 20 years. The latest example is a 32-cavity hot runner mould, for which Hasco supplied the complete, ready-to-assemble “hot half” as well as most of the associated standardised components.
For the further development of the Streamrunner and also for customer demonstration purposes, Hasco hot runner has developed a new and innovative 32 cavity injection mould tool. The mould, that will produce shopping trolley tokens, will be trialled in the company's in-house injection moulding technical centre.
Increasing importance is being attached to greater cost-efficiency and occupational safety during production processes. Hasco offers a wide range of solutions for meeting these requirements in the temperature control of injection moulds.
