Günther Heisskanaltechnik GmbH has organised the programme for its expert days on mould and hot runner technology to be offered on 12 and 13 June in Frankenberg, Germany. Topics on the agenda include systems for medical technology.
The event is targeted at designers, mould builders, process and project managers, site managers, foremen, group leaders and other interested professionals. Participants will hear about the state of the art in matters surrounding tool technology, injection moulding and hot runner technology and will learn especially how innovative technologies can be implemented. Expert presenters from Günther and partner companies will consider the entire value-added chain with reference to practical examples.
Timo Steinebrunner from Braunform GmbH will point out some challenges of mould construction for medical and pharmaceutical technology applications. From the host side, Jörg Essinger of Günther will discuss modern hot runner technology in the processing of thermally sensitive plastics, and Torsten Schnell will focus on needle sealing technology and lateral injection with hot runners in sophisticated applications.
As a supplement to the main focus, Günther professionals and outside experts will provide an overview of, and detailed information about, production efficiency. The many presentations in this part of the programme will look at such current topics as rising raw material prices.
