Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions offers a comprehensive selection of leadscrews manufactured from 303 stainless steel, produced with Haydon’s proprietary precision rolling process and the industry’s tightest lead accuracy. The leadscrews are also available with Haydon’s unique Black Ice coating, a specially developed PTFE coating process, which eliminates the flaking that commonly occurs with other PTFE coatings used in today’s marketplace. Other materials are available on special order.

Haydon Kerk leadscrews are available in standard diameters from 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) to 15/16 inch (24 mm). For each diameter there are a wide variety of leads available. Custom sizes and leads can be special-ordered.

Haydon Kerk anti-backlash nut and leadscrew assemblies easily interface with many types of rotary power sources including stepper motors, servos, brushless DC, brush-type DC, and AC synchronous motors. For optimum performance and accuracy, several patented anti-backlash designs are available, depending on application needs.
