Extensive Line of Fluoropolymer Extrusions

Our in-house compounding allows us to extrude fluoropolymers and many other materials to some of the industry’s tighest tolerances. From heat shrink FEP and PTFE tubing to our new ultra-lite PTFE wall liners with walls as thin as 0.0005", we manufacture extrusions with outstanding tolerance control, length accuracy and tubing consistency.

Our facilities have the ability to produce quality medical device components from a wide range of fluoropolymers including: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), Perfluoroalkoxyl (PFA), Ethylenetetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) and Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
